Ok. I bought this product because every time I get on social media there is a teenage model telling me I need it so I can stop tinkling when I sneeze.I’m not sure if it’s helping. However, I do feel the burn in my thighs, booty, and lower ab area(notice I didn’t say ABS) I don’t have any…Anyway, yes it’s a workout. A pelvic floor workout? Not sure. Worth the money
This is a great item and the price is pretty good the only thing is I gained a lot of weight waiting for a hip surgery and this product hurts when I use it and it slips from original place I have set it. It definitely works though it just can be uncomfortable for my heavier friends. This could literally be a me problem but Iâm just giving my honest review itâs worth the money absolutely.
