Iâd Recommend.
I was very doubtful and thought this would be a total waste of money and that I wouldnât feel like keeping up with it. But I have been trying to get these goals done for so long I was willing to try anything. now Iv only had this book for a week and I already love it and canât wait to see where it takes me. Hopefully I can come back when it is finished and still have the same opinion of it. Definitely gives a much better perspective on achieving goals. The way things are set up to be written really has me feeling like I could possibly get what Iv been striving to do, done. Iv never been one to order a book like this to get something done I always thought it was cheesy but it truly gives a realistic look at your goals and how you can get them done. Iv been lacking in motivation for years now and this book has honestly helped with that. If youâre struggling with thinking you wonât be able to stick with a goal definitely try this book out.

This journal changed my life. â¥ï¸
This journal changed my life and changed the way I feel about journaling. Historically, when I would start a journal, I wouldn’t know where to begin. I never had enough prep work or the right type of guidance and would often give up on the idea that journaling could ever be my thing. This journal is completely different. With Tiffany’s coaching, I was able to examine my values, my thoughts and then make sense of my behavior and patterns. Once that connection took place, I was able to start rebuilding my life in a way that felt manageable. It’s a weekly process that is easy to maintain and if you miss a week or two, it’s not a big deal, you can just pick up where you left off. As a working mom, this is key. My time is so incredibly limited and I need to find value in how I use it or it’s not worth the effort. This journal is worth your effort and can easily adapt to a busy schedule and isn’t rigid or filled with rules. It’s more about deepening your self awareness and finding a flow that works for you. What I loved most about the journal was the weekly use of a Power Statement. The moment I felt myself slipping into a loop of defeating thoughts, I would use my Power Statement as a beacon. It would allow me to reset those thoughts and get me back on track. A simple tool, with big return. For the first time, in what felt like an eternity, I was able to sit with my thoughts and feelings, and piece together a sense of who I am and where I want to go. Talk about a breakthrough. Although this experience left me emotional at moments, it always felt gentle. Tiffany’s approach is so benevolent and unassuming, it always felt safe to be real with myself. Because I have so much faith in this journal, I frequently buy it and give it away as gifts. It truly gives YOU the ability to change your life- it’s changed mine.

Not very insightful
This journal hasn’t really done anything for me. It has the same few questions repeated a couple different ways each week. So, nothing exciting or very helpful there. Also, there’s hardly any room to write; usually only three little lines. I had to purchase a separate blank notebook to make this journal usable. Wish I spent my money on another, more helpful book instead of this one.

Reflective and Insightful
Great reflection book to keep you moving forward. I bought this for myself, but when I was reading it to my husband, he loved it so much that I gave it to him to use. It made him feel really good and he doesnât use tools like this, but was very interested in this one. I came back and ordered myself another one. Highly recommended. The questions in this book are different from ones Iâve seen in other books and programs. It opens me up to think more deeply without condemning myself. At the end of every week, there are two pages of questions to answer. They are not long. And might only take five minutes. When we were done, we both felt like the air cleared from the week. There was clear energy and clarity.

Finally I’ve completed this book. It’s simple to use and is a great support if your serious about achieving your goals. Most of the work is mental and a change in mind set. It was quite shocking that my achievements came, completely different to how I had imagined.

I didn’t really get into the layout of this book, and I found myself worn out by it. I didn’t realise as I started completing it that it was broken into different parts and somehow it just didn’t work for me. I think an overview or some sort of obvious section breakdown would have got me more organised but I felt demotivated by it and didn’t get past about a quarter of the way in.
