I think this product really worked I seen the difference on my blood work , you have to be consistent, and the loosing weight part doesnât work for everyone because you have to check your cortisol levels that could be another reason why youâre gaining weight

Had to stop taking it
Because I developed subclinical hyperthyroidism, I had been taking this for three years. So be careful and make sure you’re not taking too much iodine.

I prefer to take natural whenever I can, and as a retired health professional I do know the difference between natural and pharmaceutical.I am taking these and feel so much better.. Not as tired, my hair and skin have improved and so has my voice.The bottle says to take two capsules daily with a meal (or as prescribed my a professional).KNOW YOUR CORRECTLY PRESCRIBED current Pharmacy DOSE.If you are currently taking 1,000 mcg daily then you should only take ONE of these capsules daily.If you currently take 2,000 mcg OR 1,500 mcg daily, then you take two of these capsules.In some of the reviews, I read that the person taking them felt sick. And the reason was, they should only be taking ONE capsule.Taken correctly they are great.
