My massage therapist recommended getting a foam roller to help stretch my back and improve my posture. I grabbed this one because of the price and Iâm really glad I did. I use it regularly and itâs been a great addition to my routine.It helps loosen up tight muscles and Iâve even started using it at my desk during the day to remind myself to sit straighter. The quality feels solid and it hasnât worn down or lost shape. For the price, this was a great buy. Iâm happy with it and would definitely recommend it to others looking to work on posture or back tension.

This is the same size as the one at the PT office, works fine for me. It’s quite stiff, and could use a little bit of external cushioning for total comfort like the one in the office, but not enough to be a problem, I can do my 2 minute PT exercise at home quite easily.

This foam roller works as expected. It is firm and targets tight muscles. It has been used on floors that are not perfectly clean and has not developed any dents or divots in the foam. The foam is durable and a great quality. It is large enough to be comfortable for all body parts, but slightly too large to fit in a gym bag.

Great foam roller, even in the sauna!
I bought this foam roller to use in the sauna for yoga/stretch and itâs the perfect size and material. The heat doesnât affect it and itâs easy to use. I prefer this roller over the ones with bumps on it.
