Foam roller
Great foam roller. I have used the same roller for over ten years so that’s proof that it is durable. The shorter size model is portable as I’ve taken it with me on multiple trips. I just purchased a new one for my college aged son who uses it daily. It has a hollow core which is reinforced. It will not deform like the cheap knock offs or the foam rollers. I would highly recommend this roller to any one. You can use this for sore backs, legs, upper backs for soft tissue mobilization. I have recommended this to family and friends over the years. I wouldn’t use any other brand.

Good roller so far (first impression)
I had one similar to this one, that is no longer sold. The plastic frame broke after several aggressive years of use.The rubber knobs on this one are a lot softer (medium instead of firm). I didn’t like that on the first usage, but I did come to like it.I will still need to get another firm one (my hard high-density styro one is great, but I like a firm rubber that is inbetween that one and this one.

Love this foam roller
Purchased this as a Christmas gift for my teen athlete and he loves it. He says itâs better than the ones available to him at the gym and PT and heâs using it regularly. Itâs nice and compact and very high quality. He even said this was one of his favorite (of many) Christmas gifts.
