I really like the potency of the product. It has 90% pure CLA compared to others that have 60-70% pure CLA. I also like the size of the gel caps. They are small and round and much easier to swallow. Each 2 gel caps equal 1500mg so you have to take 4 a day for 3000mg.If you buy the larger gel caps which are 1500mg Each then you would only need to take 2 per day but have more difficulty with swallowing and also not getting the 90% pure CLA.This brand is very inexpensive so I would recommend taking the 4 per day of the 90% pure CLA because it really works in such a short time.I would highly recommend this product.
