Perfect thickness
Just what I was looking for. I wanted to replace my old Nike exercise mat but none of the mats available were as thick until I found this one. It’s just perfect for functional training and HIIT, and the anti slip works really well.

This is a thick and low slip mat. I use for hot yoga and find it to be functional and comfortable. Only complaint is that is wrinkles on the end when I roll it up after yoga practice.

Arrived dirty and frayed
Purchased against some negative reviews with hope but this mat arrived in a loose sleeve of plastic instead of a wrap I wouldâve expected to protect the quality. However because the plastic was loose, the edges were vulnerable and arrived dirty and a bit frayed. This is disappointing and doesnât seem like it will last very long anyway. I even thought maybe I received a returned item but I think the packaging was just poor on the item. Unfortunately going to have to return.

Very good mat, non-slip and easy on my old bones.Has a bit of rubber odor, but I’m sure with a washing it will go away.
