I take this as one of a few supplements to improve health. Yes, it also improves performance but as a vasodilator, it helps with endothelial and blood pressure goals. Also by making blood vessels more flexible I am hoping it aids other supplements in arterial plaque removal. Easy to swallow and no stomach discomfort when consumed per the instructions.
