    Comfortable
Just for the record…I am an older person, and although I hate to admit it… I am overweight…That said… I suffer from hip and knee pain, and on occasion SEVERE sciatic nerve pain…The theory that “you need arch support” , or “arch support in you shoes cures all your pain” is a crock of crap….Arch support may work for some, but I recently discovered being bare foot actually made my pain surprisingly less…I bought these shoes, because of the other reviews….they are very comfortable…It there a “downside” the part that rest against your heel (achilles) can rub, and irritate… but a bandage or tape can remedy that• Wearing them is like being barefoot…• Wide toe area• good grip (but I haven’t worn them on wet or greasy surfaces)• good price

    Better than expected
I have neuropathy and needed a safer more natural shoe. I didn’t expect much from these shoes but I have been pleasantly surprised. The shoes are cute. They fit perfectly. The toe box is extra wide. The soles are a little bit thin but that’s what I needed. They are flat. They are very much like bare feet. I recommend these shoes to anyone that has trouble with elevated soles on there shoes.

    Toe freedom
This shoe really does feel barefoot. I’m a mechanic, I’m on my feet all day, I have pretty wide feet and they were starting to hurt. I change my shoes when I get to work, and I’m honestly sad when I take them off to leave! They are so comfortable, I’m buying another pair for outside of work now. The toe box almost makes me feel like I’m wearing rock climbing shoes, my toes feel so free!

    def. for wide feet
I wanted to like these, but the tongue is too long and thin, and the shoe is too wide across the top for a regular size foot (meant for wide foot, for sure), so the fabric scrunches up. Fabric is nice, color and wide toe box are awesome. No arch support, of course, so you work your muscles.

Quality, zero drop, wide toe box. Great!
AMAZING! I have another pair from this brand in white canvas and the sizing is just a bit smaller for this pair. I ordered a 7 in the canvas and the 7.5 fits like the 7. I would recommend sizing up about a half size if you ordered anything else from this brand or ordering your typical size. I use these for work and love them!

I can never go back to normal shoes. My feet feel so much better!
I normally have to try on dozens–if not more–pairs of shoes before finding one that *almost* both fits in the toes AND will not keep slipping off my heel. Nothing ever fits completely right. Imagine my surprise when I put these minimalist shoes on my feet and they fit PERFECTLY. I’m thinking of buying a second pair as house shoes since they’re comfier than my slippers! These technically come in European sizing, but the listing has US sizing. If you wear US 7.5, the “7.5” size in the dropdown will probably also fit you perfectly like they do for me. If you wear Euro sizing and alternate between a 38 and 38.5 normally, I recommend to size-up. (The ones they’re selling as 7.5s are somewhere between a Euro 37.5 and 38 in terms of length)They look a little goofy when I look down at my feet, but they look way more normal from the perspective of others who are viewing you from the side or front. It’s surprising how normal they look from a distance considering how silly they look (to me) from directly above. So if the clown shoe aspect is a concern of yours, I wouldn’t worry too much about it with these shoes. It’s very mild.I tried on some Xero shoes a couple days ago and they were both stiffer and less comfortable than these much cheaper Whitin sneakers. As far as longevity, I cannot say how they compare. But I do recommend these shoes to anyone and everyone who has similar feet as me, i.e., wide toe box, narrow heel, average arch height, average foot volume. But if you have high foot volume, narrow feet, or very wide feet, these probably won’t work for you.I’ve never had shoes that felt GOOD to walk in before, and I’ve been wearing shoes for over 40 years. I’m low-key in love with these sneakers at the moment. It’s a bit too early to tell for sure, but I suspect that they are helping keep my foot issues from flaring up as much (plantar fasciitis/heel pain, mild morton’s neuroma, mild big-toe arthritis, peripheral neuropathy/numbness from shoe pressure). When I stepped out of bed this morning, my heels didn’t hurt at all. It was wonderful. You’re supposed to ease yourself into minimalist footwear, but as someone who normally goes barefoot as often as possible, there was no adjustment period at all for me.Care has been extremely easy–I have a light color upper, so they get dirty every other time I go out. All I’ve been doing is taking Clorox wipe and giving the dirty bit a light scrub and the dirt marks disappear. I’m not sure how healthy the chemicals in the wipes are for the canvas fabric in the long term, but so far it’s worked well for me.The only “down side” is that I am now much more aware of how uncomfortable all of my other pairs of shoes are!If your budget allows, and you have feet like mine, you should totally try these shoes out.

    Size is off
So I have another pair of sneakers from the same brand and that pair I am a size 9. This pair somehow is still a little too big as size 8 for me. I’ve worn them for a couple of weeks now and the back of my right ankle is rubbed raw some if I’m wearing no-show socks. Got them super cheap so I kind of don’t mind. I’ll just not wear no-show socks in these.

    I’m glad I bought them
It’s definitely comfortable and I love it! Had no problems adjusting to the shoes. I’m not crazy about how it looks looking down, and it makes a lot skidding noises on the floor. Oh, and the shoe laces seem exceptionally long on these too. I’d still recommend though. Especially if you are dealing with bunions.

Perfect. I put a different sole in when I wear them just a little cushion.
