I recently read Jamieâs first book âBelieve ITâ and immediately ordered this one when it was released. I listened to the audiobook first and then ordered the hard copy to highlight – itâs so lovely and shiny and pretty AND all the proceeds go to charity. Jamie is so real, down to earth and authentic – completely the opposite Iâd expect from a successful billionaire! While worthiness is a topic thatâs not new to me, I learned so much I hadnât previously learned. Jamie shares so freely about her personal journey, she feels like a friend! I loved the distinction she makes between self-worth and self-confidence, itâs a real eye opener to understanding why itâs so much more important to do the inner work than seek external fixes (which wonât work, at least long term). All the lies and limiting beliefs we hold are addressed. Thereâs also a really helpful accompanying PDF available from her website (worthybook.com). I was also lucky enough to watch her âBecoming Unstoppableâ event a few days ago which was just brilliant beyond words, very inspiring. All in all I highly recommend this book, we can all relate to it in some shape or form ð

As an Empowerment Coach, Life Skills Facilitator, and Reformed Counsellor, this book is an extraordinary resource, jam packed with effective and efficient tools to use with my amazing clients as well as with myself and my friends and family! The authenticity of the author and her journey come shining through and one can easily see themselves and their own challenges in her sharing. The resources listed in the book are action-oriented for immediate use. Jamie’s way of simplifying complex topics and ideas make change-making fun and easy. Isn’t that what we need in this stress-filled world in which we currently find ourselves??!! I highly recommend this book to Every Woman and Girl on the planet! … but also to any Man on who knows and loves those Women and Girls. There is a lot of insight in these pages and much knowledge to gain for understanding at least two views from a female perspective (The author, Jamie, and my own). Then, what a gift it will be for those exceptional Men to pass this book on to the exceptional women in their lives! What a Wonderful Worthy World This Will Be!”

Iâve been taking notes and notes, and notes again!Jamie has gone through incredible odds (if you have read her other book). I came across her through an online event and also on YouTube where she was speaking with Joel Osteen.Sheâs the real deal! Here are some key takeaways from her book ð:â Self worth is very different from self confidence.Confidence comes from Latin term âconfidareâ = to trust. But if you have low self worth >> you have low self esteem.More often than not this stems from childhood or at pivotal ages prior to our teenage years.â Are you living in a mental cage? The rational you come up with (your conclusions) are based on your beliefs, logic and past experiences. We live in our mind > we live in our cage. And this limits us.â Do your brain ð§ autopsy! Are you able to understand what you think!â Are you asking the right questions! As Jamie mentioned in one of her seminars: you must ask powerful WHY questions. Peal off the lemon ð!Get to the source, the truth and operate from that place.â Do it anyways (even afraid)!Biggest lesson Iâve been applying to my life as well. Youâve got to step up ðYour actions are linked to what you believe about yourself. To go you must move brutally beyond your fears.
