I’m 5’4″ and 129 lbs. I ordered the Small and Med Petite. The Small fits better, but I have fairly long legs. Standing they are perfect, sitting they are a little short. The Med Petite is baggy and short on me, but I love the feel and comfort of them. So I’ll be ordering small again, just wish they had the option for a Small-Long

Size up
The scrubs run very small. I usually wear a medium petite and the pants were about 3 inches too long, and the shirt was really tight, even with the side stretch panels. I would recommend sizing up. Other than that, they felt like good quality scrubs. For reference Iâm about 5â tall at about 145 pounds.
