Suave energy boost, works well
Iâve taken caffeine pills with L-Theanine before which is a component you find in green tea, and although theyâd work smoothly Iâd still experience subtle jitteriness. These green tea pills have a similar effect without the jitters! And I love it. It seems to keep me alert and energized but not in a way thatâs noticeable as it would if you drank coffee. If youâre looking for a subtle energy boost this is it. Now, if youâre looking for an energy boost to go to the gym you might want to look into caffeine pills or a pre workout as this wonât be sufficient enough to boost you up.

There is no information on the product about the amount of caffeine. There are reviews about how people were overly negatively affected by the product due to its large caffeine component. I contacted their customer service to inquire about the exact amount. They said they’ll contact the factory and get back to me. That was months ago. I checked back in again and no reply. That was still over 2 months ago. I still haven’t used it as I don’t know how it will affect me. I feel like I wasted money.
