Ive been using them for about a month now. ZMA is essential for everyone and precious few of us get enough. I have no complaints about them. They taste good. Aren’t difficult to remember to take ( 30 min before bed) and they aren’t causing me any problems at all.

Be aware of zinc dosage
Let me start with a bit of a warning. Per the label, these contain 30 mg of zinc per serving. I am not an expert, but from what I have read, going over about 40 mg of zinc per day can create health concerns. The RDA of zinc is somewhere around 11 or 13 mg. So, 30 seems like a pretty big dose, considering that you probably get zinc from your diet as well, I would say that these would take you pretty close to the limit of what is generally considered a safe dosage.My solution is that I plan to take one gummy per day instead of two, cutting the zinc dosage in half to 15 mg. I think that will put me well within the safe limits. It is over the RDA, but I think that is OK because the body does not absorb 100% of what you get in supplements.That is my personal opinion or judgment. I am not an expert, just giving an example of thinking this level dosage through.Other than that issue, I like the significant amounts of magnesium and B12 in the gummy. I am a vegetarian, so getting enough B12 is a concern. B12 is water-soluble, so the body easily eliminates any excess.The gummies have a grape flavor and are pretty pleasant to eat. Recommended, with the note about dosage. The ones I received are much darker in color than the ones shown on the product page, though that doesn’t matter to me and I doubt it would matter to anybody.

Delightful
My husband and I have both enjoyed taking these. I personally struggle with insomnia and energy levels and these seem to be a good and natural way to help me, overall feeling more rested and having more energy throughout my day. The texture of the gummy is pleasant and soft, not overly chewy and doesn’t get hard fast like some other options, and the grape flavor is a nice treat at the end of the night. My husband hates grape flavor and has even mentioned that its nice, not overly artificial and he enjoys taking them.
