Nice compact and effective firm foam roller for muscle tension relief. great for travel, also!
I enjoy using this roller for muscle tension, especially of my legs, thighs and calves, as well as my upper back, posterior scapula or shoulder blades. I very much like and appreciate the firmness of it. I don’t like foam rollers that break down and get mushy after several uses. It is very effective to relax tight muscles and I also like the small size. I find that small diameter, 3- 4inch foam rollers provide better and more effective relief ot tension pain than large diameter, ie 6 inch foam rollers. I like that I can pack it in suitcase and take it traveling with me, very easily. it is an excellent value and should last indefinitely due to good design and build quality.

The firmness of this roller is perfect for me. (155 lbs 70 y.o.) I use it daily to loosen up my back in the morning and prior to golfing. I wouldn’t say that it improves my game though.It fits nicely in my suitcase and carry on.

I like that this foam roller is small and compact so you can take it with you on the go. The main issue is that it is not super dense and in my opinion wonât be a good match if you like something that will not compress at all or very little. For reference, I weigh 113 lbs and it compresses quite a bit when rolling by back or shoulders out.
