Perfect for recovering from a back injury.This was the same exact one at my chiropractors office and I understood why they recommended.Don’t go small or cheap. This is doctor recommended as it is.It even pops my middle back gently by slowly rolling over it

I was questioning if I should get the 24 in as it was a little cheaper, but I made the right decision. I bought it to roll on it vertically and it’s the right lengthy for my needs. Know that it’s fairly firm will will take some using to break it in.

Exactly what I was looking for. I did ask for the item to be shipped in a box and it was not. It was raining when it arrived and had a dent. One star removed for shipping errors.

Very firm!
This product should hold up. While waiting for it I used a rolled blanket. This roll is very firm compared to that. Just starting out with the back exercises on a roll, I might suggest the white roll which isn’t quite as firm. This is exactly what I ordered and expected. I just need to work up to the firmness.

Super Dense!
I use a foam roller at my gym but don’t always have the time after a workout to use it, so I wanted one that I could use at home while watching tv. I was a bit concerned that this would be less dense that the ones I’m used to based on the reviews of all the different foam rollers available, but this one fit the bill! I also like that it came in 24″ length…I’m used to the 36″ ones but don’t really need it, and the more compact size fits better where I store it when not in use – it doesn’t stick out like a sore thumb in the corner of my living room. I would definitely recommend this product!

The material is a lot harder than my other roller, but it’s been perfect for what I needed. It fits the length of my back without my head dropping off and I can do chest opening by lying on it.

Sehr stabile Rolle und auch lang genug für alle möglichen Ãbungen. Es gibt zig Ãbungen, die man damit machen kann.Habe schlimme Rückenschmerzen und bin immer auf der Suche nach neuen Möglichkeiten meinen Rücken zu trainieren und Verspannungen zu lösen. Hätte nicht gedacht, dass eine einfache Styroporrolle so vielseitig einsetzbar ist.Es sind zwar keine Ãbungsvorschläge dabei, die gibt es aber zu Hauf im Internet.Finde es auch super, dass sie ziemlich fest ist, dadurch kann man relativ viel Druck ausüben, was meiner Meinung nach angenehm ist.

Happy with shipping because item showed up very quickly (under 1 week). Reasonably priced. I thought product would be super stiff because it was described as High Density Foam. But it was tolerable and I got used to the density pretty quickly without having to cushion it with a towel. The 36″ length of this foam roller is great! It is long enough to cover the whole length of my back and I was able to rest my head comfortably on it. I am 115 lbs 5 ft 6 just to give you an idea of the fit. Would recommend to someone the same build as me but it does feel like this product would work for someone heavier than me as it is quite dense.
