ROCK AND ROLL
RumbleRoller’s massaging action can be further intensified by switching from a rolling motion to a side-to-side rocking motion. The bumps provide a wiping-type massage pressure when rolling, but are more resistant to flexion when loaded sideways, and dig in even deeper.

Hit the spot
I was so excited to get this roller, and it lived up to my high expectations right away. Hit the spot shall we say? It feels like a massage and you go from oof tight!, to eyes-roll-to-the-back-of your-head from relaxation. You can roll on the floor, or against a wall, and perhaps in other ways! The instructions it comes with are good, and Iâll be heading over to check out the more detailed ones on the website. So happy with my new lil buddy!

Great quality and works deep into muscles
This foam roller is super high quality and really gets deep into the muscles. The textured design helps target tight spots much better than a smooth roller. I use it after workouts for my back and legs, and it makes a big difference in muscle soreness. Definitely worth the price if you want a strong, effective roller.

I tried it at my gym, and I loved it. It really helps release those tight muscle spots. Itâs firm, and the material is pretty good quality! I think the price is a bit high, but it is a great product.It hurts a lot when you first start using it if you have really tight muscles, but it gets better as you continue using it. I found it particularly helpful for hamstrings since it is harder to self-massage them and find the trigger points.

I wanted something firm but not too aggressive. This is just right for deep tissue. The size is a plus too. I donât feel like Iâm going to fall off the edge.

J’hésitais à me procurer celui-ci (ayant déjà le rumble roller standard depuis des années), mais le travail avec le Gator est different. Il fonctionne particulièrement bien pour moi sur les ischios/quad/mollets pour bien “dégrossir” le travail avant de passer à l’autre rouleau.

I am pretty new to foam rolling, I got the grid role just 5 days ago and received my rumbleroller original today.My primary need was stiff / knotted upper and mid back. Just 3 minutes on the rumbleroller made my back loosen up. Way better than grid roller just basis my initial use itself.Definitely recommend.Edit: I have now used it for a few days and can’t recommend this enough. My back hasn’t felt this great for months now.
