Great flexible weight set!!!
I’ve been doing weight training and I am not interested in a buying new sets of weights every time I go up in weights. This set allows me to adjust my weight increments. The grip style is comfortable and the craftmanship is excellent! The weights are durable and this set saves space. I highly recommend this set for anyone who is tight on space, and needs the convenience of being able to adjust the amount of weight you want to lift.

These dumbbells are really affordable and a great practice tool for staying in shape. They are easy to assemble and don’t take up a lot of space for storage. You can follow any online exercise routine with them.

Versatile
Everything works as intended, I wish there was a bit more weights but I am just going to purchase some additional weights separately. If you have these configured as dumbbells the max weight for each is 22.5 lbs.

Multi-purpose Weight Set
This set is exactly what we needed to complement the equipment we already have! It can be configured in multiple ways to accommodate working different muscle groups and the separate weights allow you to add or take away as needed, even in the kettle bell configuration!The only thing I would say could be better is the efficiency of the mechanism to secure the weights to the bar. Itâs takes a few more seconds than Iâd like to screw it on/off, but once on, the weights are secure and donât move around too much!The handles for the weights are comfortable and the long bar even has cushion on it to assist with certain exercises!

Long two arm curl bar is one of the best I have ever used
My review of this dumbbell set is mixed.Firstly, I really think the long two arm curl bar is one of the best I have ever used. Fantastic design. Great addition to my workout. Iâm using all the weight the bar can hold.However, I am less impressed with individual hand curl bars and kettlebells. The bar itself is much too long in both of these which is not user friendly. I donât use either and there are better options out there. Also the Amazon pictures do not depict these bars as being as long as they are.Finally, the weights themselves are a bit âlightâ for the size of the plates.All the best to you and your company.
