dont expect results within a couple weeks; it just doesnt happen. This is a supplement that takes about two months to really start doing its job. I am nowhere in the neighborhood of being overweight; I weighed 189 lbs. when I first started taking this. I am now 172 lbs. It has helped me lean out my stomach and love handles. I actually now have a chance at a 6 pack at the age of 34.

Been taking for about a month now, does give me a bit of heartburn after taking. Have tried with meals and not. I have seen a great improvement in my hair growth and skin. Not much change in weight or muscle development.

Cla is a great product. It does work you just have to give it time. It IS NOT a caffeine filled fat burner so you wont “drop 40 pounds in 2 weeks? It is a good fat that works slowly with your body to release fat and turn it into energy. If you add this to your daily routine you will start to see results after about a month to 3 months

This product was on Dr. Oz show and I bought it. I have been taking it for 3 months and it does exactly what it says. I haven’t lost more that a few pounds but I am not but 120 anyway. The belly fat and other fat has been dissolved. I finally got into a pair of shorts that I haven’t been able to wear in a long time. I could feel the slimness through my upper body, waist, and hips. I am still taking this product and have been very satisfied.

I’m usually pretty leery about nutritional supplements. However, I can definitely notice when this kicks in. The only negative side affect is that I can feel is that I get extremely cold, almost like I have the flu.
