Life Changing Neighbor Confusing Jelly Making Machine
Let me just start by saying, I bought this vibration plate because I saw a lady on TikTok lose 40 pounds while holding a glass of wine and vibrating like a human Jell-O mold. And as someone who deeply respects both convenience and chaos, I knew â this machine was my destiny.First use: I stepped on with all the confidence of a woman who thinks she can plank for a full minute. Thirty seconds in, my teeth were chattering in Morse code and my dogs were looking at me like Iâd joined a cult. Pretty sure my neighbors called the HOA because it sounded like I was blending maracas in my living room.Bonus features:⢠Accidentally got a full facial massage when I bent over to pick up the remote while it was on HIGH. Pretty sure I time-traveled for a second.⢠My butt cheeks havenât clapped this hard since high school pep rallies.⢠My cats refuse to enter the room with it. Bonus: no more fur on the couch.I donât know if Iâm losing weight, but I am laughing so hard Iâm pretty sure Iâve got abs under there now. Just got here today used it right out of box
I only got three 10 min sessions in to give it a trial run. I did the standing (whole exercise), I did the sitting (posture 1) & I did press up posture but with my forearms (that’s the one that sold me).I have many ailments from injuries in the Military & in civilian work: neck/shoulder injury, scoliosis from the Military, 3 different types of arthritis, degenerative disc & bone diseases- I can go on but I won’t.Unless it is a really bad or great experience, I don’t give feedback, the quality is decent, the size isn’t atrocious, it’s fun to use & see how it works on different parts of the body & the circulation is remarkable & I intend on using daily along with my diet & exercise!I have been to PT & dealt with a family friend who did chiropractic work- NOTHING for a few decades now worked to my neck/shoulder injury. I used this for just 20 minutes in the press up posture using my forearms vs my hands & I cried happy tears- the pain started eleviating! Obviously, it’s not going to happen overnight, but I am now so hopeful this will be my saving grace!Very happy I decided to give it a go & purchase!

Great start on exercising
I bought this item because I have issues with my lower back and have been inactive due to my sitting job. I wanted to get back in shape and help with my back pain. This has been a game changer. It really feels like nothing is happening but you will feel a difference in your lower back pain instantly. This item is compact and easy to store anywhere. It’s easy to use. It comes with a remote. It has many different settings you could use and I’ve only done the default program. I’d be dripping in sweat even just after 10 minutes. Im overweight foe my size so this is great for individuals to get in shape. My sister also owns one and we both work out together. It also manages your feet if you choose the item with the raised balls on it. Hope this review helps everyone.

BigFeet be careful!
I like the different program settings.My only issue is that the platform is a little small if you have big feet like me. I’m a women’s 12/men’s 10.5 – and when I’m wearing tennis shoes, it’s really a delicate game of exact foot placement to make sure I stay on the platform. It’s not HARD – just have to be precise. And if I want to adjust to have my feet closer or further apart (apparently works the muscles a little differently), I have to be EXTRA careful. Just a heads up.I’ve been using it for about 2 weeks now – maybe 10 times total. Not sure I feel or see much change – but I’m hoping it helps with lymphatic drainage and balance overall. I usually watch TV while I’m on it and the time flies right by.

I am loving this! My husband is 6â4â and 245 lbs and he loves it. Iâm 5â3â and weigh over 100 lbs less than him. It fits great for both of us! We are leaving it plugged in by the couch in the TV room so that we each do it every day. The time goes by really quickly when youâre watching TV. The quality is great, the remote control makes it simple to use, the hand held stretch bands are a great workout addition. Advice⦠I told my daughter I loved using my new vibrator and she about fainted and said DONâT CALL IT THAT. Oopppsss. LOL

Great Machine!
This pad is excellent. I donât use it for exercise. Sorta stupid honestly, but i have it under my desk and put my feet on it. I sit for long periods of time because of my job and this machine really helps with my leg issues. Much better than any foot massager.

I would like to edit my original review stating the remote didn’t work. There is no mention in the manual that you must point it at the machine. I discovered this by accident. So I was able to use the machine and thoroughly enjoyed it. Looking forward to all the other capabilities.

I LOVE this machine. I’ve just been using it for about 10-20 minutes a day (morning and evening) for a week and I’ve already seen results. I had never used such a machine or even known of its existence.lol. I saw an ad on Facebook and decided to try it. I relieved my body of pains, and made my body feel so much better. It has toned my thighs and I really see the difference. I’m so glad I purchased it. It’s sturdy, easy to sue and fun. I don’t even use the remote because I haven’t put in batteries yet- but it works fine.

I was quite unsure and kept thinking for weeks but I am happy with this purchase. Really helpful in cramps, aches and pains. Ease into it slowly and increase speed and time. Itâs a full body rejuvenator.

the vibration plate worked well but has since popped and blew my electricity. The motor which creates the vibration has broken. I have contacted the seller but not heard anything. I am concerned whether there is a warranty? Why has no one got back to me? I only bought it 10 months ago. I paid a higher amount thinking I would get a quality item and good service. Not so far.
