POOP Like a Champion!
If you want to poop like a titan/champion/heroâ¦. This product is awesome. Iâve tried lots of stuff but nothing works like this. Others give me lots of gas. This one doesnât. Only bad news is it a bit expensiveâ¦. But WORKS!!! Any chance I can get a free can for this great review?

Help with weight loss
If you can get past the texture, I like the results. I mix it in a vanilla 30 gram protein drink in the morning. Helping to cut body fat. I don’t recommend putting it in coffee.

It works
This product does work. I personally have great results taking it every other day. I had trouble throwing it down with a glass of water so I mix it in food. I mix it with yogurt or cottage cheese. I have also sprinkled it on berries in the morning. I like the taste of it. So far it has not made me feel bloated or gassy like other fiber supplements.

Texure is awful
I couldn’t tell you if this stuff is effective because the texture is unpalatable. It thickens very quickly and is very difficult to eat. You cannot just add it to a liquid to drink. I even tried mixing it with Cream of Wheat and Oatmeal but that wasn’t enough.

It works!
If you want to stay âregularâ and have your gut health in great shape, this supplement works well. Itâs an âacquired taste & texture.â If you mix with warm water and a bit of apple juice, itâs good! I also use the Balance of Nature Fruits & Veggies. Worth every penny!
