Good formula at a reasonable price
I’ve been taking this for about 10 years. Previously I was taking a very similar formula by the company that first came up with this particular blend, but the price was 50% higher to no obvious benefit, and you had to take 2 capsules 3 x a day. This one is 1 capsule 2x a day. I seem to be getting the health benefits.

My husband and I started taking these to help with neuropathy in my husband’s feet, shooting nerve pain from my fibromyalgia, and just general health. After two weeks we are seeing some incredible benefits! My husband hasn’t had one single episode of the burning sensation in his feet, he used to get up multiple times a night to go to the bathroom and now only gets up once per night. I haven’t had any shooting nerve pains and what aches and pains I normally have at random are lessened to the point I don’t even think about them. We’ve both seen an increase in energy and both of us have had mood boosting results. In this day and age everyone’s depressed and on either antidepressants or mood stabilizers, but with this supplement we’re both much less grouchy. There are so many things these are good for. Cognitive health, heart health, weight loss, muscle building, nerve pain, mood booster, energy booster, cell regeneration, insulin sensitivity, and the list goes on!
