These are so easy to use! I love taking them for my lunch daily ! Easy to clean out, you can toss in dishwasher if you want. Really helps with portion control !

Disappointed
The photos show a cookbook — there is no book. The pamphlet that comes with it has a QR code but that just takes you to a website and you have to answer a bunch of questions and provide email to get the “free” e-book but then “join” and pay a fee. I did everything but pay the fee and never got anything in my email. Really disappointed with the entire experience. There is no book.

Portion size is perfect. Only thing, is donât put the smallest one in the dishwasher. Itâs so tiny it melts a little bit
