Looks and feels great
My FitBit Luxe looks like jewelry! I didnât mind the pink silicone band, but this metal band is really pretty. The pieces are smooth and well made.I had a hard time removing the pins between the links to adjust the size; I bent the tool (and stabbed myself). My son has watchmakerâs tools, and he did the adjustment for me. Itâs a lot easier with something to hold the bracelet while tapping the pins out with the tool and a mallet.Iâm very happy with this purchase.

Rarely do I write a bad product review but I am disappointed and hope others don’t waste their money. The band is nice and looks great but after only 3 days of using the latch keep popping open. After it happened twice with my luxe hitting the ground, it isn’t worth losing my nice fitbit over. Switched back to the boring silicone band for a secure fit.The other downside to this band was not to expect to sleep in the band. While the metal is very light it was distracting enough to me to have to take it off in order to sleep. So no sleep tracking on this band… at least for me (in the three days I wore it).

Links are hard to take off
I just put this on my Luxe, so I’m not sure how it will be in the long term. I see some people said it turned green. I don’t intend to wear it every day and will try not to get it wet, so hopefully that doesn’t happen. It’s ok. There aren’t a lot of choices for the Luxe right now and I do like to change my bands to go with what I’m wearing, so for now it will do. But…..It’s super HARD to remove the links and put it back together. It’s the putting it back together that is extremely difficult! The tool they give you doesn’t line up well when putting it back together. I had to literally push the pin back in by pressing it against something hard. It took a bit of elbow grease! And make sure you have your reading glasses handy. The parts are tiny.

Wanted to love it, looks nice, but….
I really wanted to like this band, and I mean, I do like the look of it. It looks very nice, it’s comfortable, and it’s easy to adjust by removing links. Unfortunately, I will most likely not use it anymore after my first use. It seems that the connection is not very secure and while mine didn’t fall off like some other reviews, I think it probably would have if I kept wearing it. It snaps in secure right away, but through the course of one night, I pushed the band connection back to my Fitibit multiple times as I could see it starting to have a gap between the band connection and my Fitbit. I went back to my silicone band for now until I can purchase some of the official metal bands bands from Fitibit. Maybe mine was just a dud, but I’m thinking not based on reading some of the other reviews.

Lost watch because wrist band kept falling off the watch.
I liked the look of the watch band but I kept having problems with it coming unhooked from the watch. We tightened up the fit of the band but it still came undone. I kept wearing the band with my watch since I had left my original band at home and it was to late to return it. I ended up losing my Fit Bit watch because the band came apart and fell off while playing with my granddaughter at a playground. I did not notice that it had come undone and when we went back to look for it someone had taken it.

It’s plastic. Not stainless steel. The joint nails are rusted. Very disappointed.
