Great fit
Fits better than expected. I love the compression. I feel it could be a bit more stretchy & more pliable, but compress makes up. I need it for my sore elbow (tendinitis), as well as support for working out/lifting weights. I got medium bc I wasnât sure what size works, being unsure if they run too small or big, especially wanting good compression.

Good price for a good pair
A good set of sleeves for compression and rash protection. The compression is very nice according to the measurement, and the material is soft on the skin all day long. Just make sure to hand wash and air dry them first before wearing.I paired these with my shoulder brace from Grade 3 clavicle fractures (multiple pieces) and Grade 2 rotator cuff. A combination of this kind of injuries is not something you can just enjoy life on a daily basis. The compression helps to make my muscles feel less pain than the normal days. If I have to measure the pain, it’s between 3 and 4 out of 10 coming from a person with extreme high pain tolerance and not use any pain medication. This reduces the pain level down to 1 of 10 for the bicep and tricep muscles around the rotator tears. It does a very great job in prevent rash from the brace as well.The only downside is the upper sleeve edge can be very tight when it’s new. Once you stretch it a bit, it will be more comfortable. But the break-in period can truly be quite uncomfortable after a few hours. My measurement is 13.5 using the large, as it supports up to 14. For those who are closer to the 14, well, you might have blood circulation cut-off.

My new favorite sleeves for warmth, compression and comfort
These sleeves are really well constructed from a sheer, breathable and stretchy fabric which is so much more comfortable than the traditional heavier knit weave versions. The silicon band at the top keeps the sleeve in place without being so broad that it gets sweaty and uncomfortable.One huge benefit for people who wear compression daily: thereâs no bunching in the crook of your elbow, so no irritated delicate skin. In general, no chafing at all from routine wear with these. I put them on with t-shirts and tank tops to get a little extra warmth without restricting my shoulders. They provide enough compression to be comforting to aching elbows and forearms, but not so much that youâre constantly conscious of wearing them. They wash well and dry quickly when hung. Iâm all around pleased with the value for money and the long term use Iâll get from these.

Purchased for pink out football game and put one on each of my boys arms. I have a 10 and a 9 year old boy and my ten year old is built bigger and my 9 year old is just billy very small I ordered a medium and it was just right for the 10 yo and was too big around the top of the arm for my 9 yo

Be careful not sized correctly for the US
I have another pair same size and these arenât even close to a correct fit. They were so tight I couldnât get them completely on and it cut off my circulation. When I looked at the package there is NO SIZE listed. Returning be careful

Warning: they are rather tight/small
I’m 5’6” man and I’m not all that bulky (I do weight-lifting, but still have average-build) , I ordered Large and they work great for me, but they are already properly tight, and not even all that long. So yeah, error on the larger sizes side.They feel nice, stick in place, don’t seem too hot. Might order another pair sometime, as I need to wear them a lot for health reasons.

perfect level of compression
These sleeves provide the perfect level of compression to hug my forearms and biceps. I swear by it for reducing post-workout soreness – especially as a boxer. I’ve also taken these on camping excursions where I’ve used these as sleeve warmers to keep my arms warm – then take them off as the afternoon heats up. Bonus points for UV Sun protection. I also bought CompressionZ calf sleeves and they are amazing for muscle fatigue and cramps. I used to get a lot of charlie horses in my calf – not so much anymore. Check them out!

These were bought for my husband as he cannot were short sleeves in summer due to having cancer years ago. He is average size build so I bought medium size sleeve. I probably could have bought large. But the average size does fit him quite comfortably. There are no complaints they are comfortable to wear, keep his arms cool. Perfect, brilliant price.

I have CFS and get terrible lactic acid burn in my arms & legs. I thought I would try these out as they are supposed to help athletes recover faster and reduce lactic acid burn. I am female, I got the small size, but I actually could do with them being tighter around my wrist and forearm area , so perhaps I should look for women sizes. Anyway, despite this, they work. As soon as i put them on it helps the pain. It doesnt make it go completely, but it sure helps lessen it and make it more bearable.

thin material but they do the job. arms are kept warm and compressed while playing (i use them for volleyball), they also help me avoid scraped elbows and arms when i dive to the floor.

However, I would consider getting one size up if I only want it for keeping warm not compression.
