Been walking quite a bit more now since weâve got a summer trip planned thatâs going to require a lot of walking. But I noticed that the twice daily 30-45 brisk walks starts leading to my knees hurting .. especially going form the stairs.Got these compression support stockings for my knees and have been using them for about a week now. They fit a bit snug but they might be a good thing to hold the knees in place lol.. but there are various sizes. And after a few days of using I can say my knees donât hurt so much after my walks. Best part is they are hidden under my pants so no one can tell Iâm wearing them!I plan on continuing to wear them on the days where Iâll be walking more and to take them along on my trip.

Exchanged my knee braces
I had ordered the wrong size and they exchanged them for a bigger size with no problem. I would definitely do busy with them again. They help support for the elderly which is awesome
