Tastes good, and Iâm sure it has the creatine and does itâs job.Only downsides are price, and the fact that it gives me breakouts. I normally never have acne, but when I started taking this, I started to breakout on my forehead. Then when I stopped taking it, I stopped getting acne. Unfortunate that these are the outcomes
