Take your creatine!
I love that creatine comes in a gummy form, and these are really good. I take three after the gym, and on days where I don’t lift I just take one because it’s still good for your brain! I still use powder creatine sometimes, but this is convenient if you don’t want to mix up a drink. Overall, I think it does the job as far as preventing some soreness. But it’s important to remember to drink enough water for it to be effective.

Theyâve got the texture of a normal gummy! Super great flavor and didnât stick to my teeth like some creatine gummies can. Makes it feel like a little treat. For the number of servings, the price on this one cannot be beat!
