I think it works…
I can’t be certain if it works or if it is a combination of diet, exercise, and this. Regardless, I don’t feel like snacking and I did break through a plateau in my weight loss. My first purchase was on a sale for $35. My second was on subscription at $52. The $52 will probably be my last bottle.

Ok, I’m going to break it down as best I can…-Taste: 10/10 – when compared to other fat burners, BCAAs, preworkouts, etc. this stuff absolutely dominates in taste! Mango is the only flavor I’ve tried and I ordered this one because I read it was the least sweet tasting. I absolutely love it! It doesn’t have that terrible aspartame taste. The serving size is one scoop for 10oz of water and I think that’s the perfect ratio but if you find it sweet, just add more water!-Mixability: 10/10 – it easily disintegrates into water! No clumps!-Quality ingredients: 10/10 – No dyes, no artificial flavors and no aspartame! This stuff has Vitamin C, B6, B12, Riboflavin, Niacin and Chromium (which I recently read a study on it’s effectiveness for maintaining lean body mass while decreasing body fat percentage), a ‘fat burning matrix’ which consists of all the ingredients you’ve seen studies for and you’ve heard Dr. Oz talk about at one point 🙂 (CLA, raspberry ketones, garcinia cambogia, L-carnitine, green coffee bean extract, grapefruit seed extract, etc.)-Effectiveness for giving you a boost to crush your workouts: 10/10 – I seriously feel like I’m exerting 200% effort when I drink this about 10-15 minutes before working out. Yesterday I was running at about 6.5 on the treadmill at an incline and I swear I felt like I could stay at that pace for hours.-Thermogenic for fat burning: 10/10 – It works. I haven’t changed anything else about my routine (eating the same and exercising the same number of days doing consistent workouts) and this is definitely helping me cut! It’s most noticeable around my waist.-Mood boosting: 10/10 – LOVE the way this makes me feel! It’s like I’ve just taken a happy pill 🙂 On days I don’t train, I drink this in the morning and I feel like I can accomplish anything haha it’s strangely effective.-Doesn’t make you jittery: 10/10 – I really appreciate that this is not that uncomfortable kind of energy where you’re shaky and sweaty.I hope this review is helpful! This stuff is amazing. It def helps a lot when Iâm doing my workouts. I will say it does make me super anxious and my heart rate is pretty high after my workouts are done. Overall good product, it lasts long too. Mine didnât come with a scooper though. I dug around and didnât find it

I’ve been going to the gym for 2 months and I’ve had this every day! Not only does it taste good but it’s nice because you don’t get any jitters or itching that I’ve heard about with other pre-work out drinks. I will say that you feel the warm when you drink it to help you burn or shred but it’s nothing to be scared or worried about but I gave some to a friend and he felt it when I don’t even pay attention to it.But it taste like kool-aid! Mixes great in my shaker bottle and mixes well with other things like creatine or even my collagen

Non stimulating boost
I lost a little body weight (hopefully just fat) the first month of consistent use. I take it once a day on the days I workout (5 days a wk). It gives a nice boost without jitters or headaches. It dissolves well w little agitation and the flavor is decent. No chalky aftertaste or anything. It seems to wear off quickly now that itâs been 6 months.I was thinking of switching flavors or stopping for a while. I do not notice any appetite reduction or anything along those lines.I just get a 40 min slot of time that I can focus and lift without fatigue. After that, I am back to being tired. Lol.

Not too sure about how well it works
I’ve only been using this for about a week now for 6 work out sessions, but I think I’m ready to give my first initial impression.Before I begin, let me say that I had read all the reviews about people not getting a scoop, so I kept my scoop from my previous preworkout from a different brand. I ended up finding the scoop buried deeper into the product later. This is important because my first three workouts used my old scoop which, no joke, is about twice the size of the scoop that came with this product….First the easiest to get out the way, the taste: I don’t particularly enjoy the taste, but it isn’t terrible. I see a lot of people say it’s sweet, but I suppose it’s sweet in the same way diet coke is sweet. When I was unknowingly taking a double dose, it tasted like a sweet watermelon gum. At the regular dose, it’s not so strongly flavored.When I first took it (at the extra dose I was unknowingly taking), I sweat like MAD. Now that I know what I’m supposed, it’s not so bad. However, at either dose, I didn’t really feel so “energetic” compared to my last preworkout. It was okay, but especially when I started taking a regular dose, it doesn’t really “get me through” my workout like I was hoping. I also have been using it after 5 pm and haven’t had issues sleeping. Heck, I’ve even taken it in the am for a morning weekend workout and still took a three hour nap after my gym session. Maybe I need the higher strength one….I also agree that there’s a lot of sediment left, even at the regular dose.Things I like compared to my last preworkout: no itching/pins&needles feeling, it kicks in FAST, it tastes better, and I sweat.I will keep using it, but I probably will move on to something else once this tub is done.

This product made my throat feel tight to the point I feel like puking while working out. I feel dizzy and Iâm having a brain fog and itâs my first time ever feeling like this in any pre workout I tried out. Gave it many chance as I donât like wasting my money but sadly I have to throw it away as it doesnât feel good working out.

The product arrived, with the factory safety seal partly opened, and the plastic screw cap cross-threaded. The seal had no EHPlabs brand name printed on it.It seemed that the partly opened safety seal was used by someone to spoon-in the contents. Therefore it can be reasonably assumed that the contents were fake, or adulterated with other substances, which may be potentially harmful to human health.There is no way that a genuine article from EHPlabs, would ever leave their production facilities in the condition described above.
