Many pros and cons to these supplements.Pros: feeling more energized, makes me feel full for long periods of the day (which helped me lose a couple of pounds after a month), easy to swallow, full of nutritionally value.Cons: upset stomach, bloating for an hour after digestion, taste is not so good (bearable), nausea, sometimes diarrheaIâve debated stopping the supplements due to the upset stomach feeling but it goes away after some time. If it causes you any discomfort then Iâd talk to your doctor about whether itâs worth continuing. Iâm going to continue because Iâve started to lose weight but it does cause me some discomforts that may be hard to manage for others

Good Stuff
I had bought this as a cheaper alternative to the very expensive Balance of Nature. I noticed a big difference when I do and dont take them. When I dont take them, I get more bloated and am not as regular (in #2). I feel a little more sluggish and get more tired easily. Now, when I DO take them, it is the complete opposite. I have energy, I dont bloat, I am more regular, and my days are more lively. I didnt expect too much, but it is much more than I thought it would be. I got used to the smell of the greens, the fruits had a nice to no smell. Iâm buying again, great for the money, way better than you would expect from a cheaper alternative.

Hoping this works.. the green one smells bad. The red doesnât have an odor at all.
