Skepticism, but results occurred.
Started this, omega 3, stopped taking creatine, started cardio, AND started l-carnitine. That’s a number of factors, and have lost around 6 pounds. I can’t imagine this product has been the only driving force in weight loss, but I know it wasn’t a hindrance. I have felt no adverse effects, which is nice!

Perfect addition
These pills have been a perfect addition to my supplement game. I firmly believe they have helped shape my body after an extended vacation. Taking them, in addition to my normal workout, seems to be working more quickly to get my body back where I had hoped it would be quickly. The pill is a bit large, and I can’t swallow both at once, but they are not difficult to swallow. I’m loving this brand, can’t wait to try more of their products.

I like the quality of this brand a lot, I take these with my fish oil softgels in the morning which contain omega 3. CLA is an omega 6 and I like having a healthy balance of the 2. Theyâre not too big, no bigger than a normal fish oil capsule. I do believe these work but will continue to take them as apart of having a healthy diet while incorporating a little bit of weight management into my regime.

This product has an obvious, odd aftertaste that I kept burping up.They were gigantic.I can’t review results accurately because I was very eager to start a diet without consulting my doctor, which caused a drug interaction. Be aware, not ignorant like me.
