Worked Great for My Needs!
This seems to be a really great product. I took it while healing a broken bone. Research says to be cautious supplementing with calcium, specifically stating we can only absorb about 400mg at once.I can’t say if that’s accurate or not. All I know is that my bone has been healing great! I was taking just 1 per day but will discontinue when the bottle is gone. Will definitely suggest for anyone recovering from a bone related injury. Even includes all the other nutrients needed to aid bone health!

I have to take large amounts of calcium. The pills are remarkably easy to swallow. They also contain elements in them that aided in calcium retention. My DR highly approved this product. I still have to take extra vitamin D but that is with most calcium pills in absorption of calcium.
