Love this Yoga Mat
I was looking for a more durable and long-lasting yoga mat, and so far, I love this one. It is thicker than my previous mat and feels more sturdy. The designs are beautiful as well.When I first opened it, there was a noticeable smell, but after letting it air out for a bit, it improved significantly. I do find that I slip a little during certain poses, but overall, I am pleased with this yoga mat compared to my last one.

Gaiam Mat comfort, stylish and lasts a long time!
This is my second mat from Gaiam. I bought my first in 2022. Unfortunately it was stolen at the Yoga class, however after this happened I went back on Amazon and there were such great reviews fir the Manduka 6mm mat and even though it was pricey I decided to give it a try. BIG MISTAKE. The 6mm was super heavy to carry. I took it to Yoga class and it did NOT feel like a 6 mm mat. I was not cushy at all! I went right back to my trusted Gaiam 6 mm mat and purchased another one. What a difference between the two different brands and both 6 mm! Mind you I am in my 50’s and taking care of my joints are a priority! The only thing I will say about the Gaiam mats is when you first get them, there is a chemical smell to them but I am assuming this is from the design on the mat?!? At any rate, this goes away once you clean your mat and over time. Manduka had no chemical smell. But the Gaiam chemical smell is a very small con and goes away. You can’t beat the comfort and it’s $38 vs Manduka over $100! It’s a no brainer for me! I took one star off due to the chemical smell as it does take at least one week to get rid of!!!

I absolutely love this mat. I’ve been doing yoga fir years and couldn’t find the perfect mat. This one is the best in length and material. Thickness is perfect. I look forward to yoga even more now.

J’ai lu des critiques sur ce produit disant qu’il sentait fort. J’ai donc hésité à l’acheter, mais je l’ai fait et je ne le regrette pas. Je n’ai pas constaté une si forte odeur que ça lorsque j’ai déballé le tapis, et dans tous les cas elle est partie très vite. Ce tapis est beau, suffisamment épais pour protéger les articulations sensibles. Avec le temps et l’usage, il ne s’abime pas. Il répond parfaitement à mes attentes. Je le recommande

I love my yoga mat! It’s so pretty and it has a yin side and a yang side. I use the side that suits my mood, it’s great.I would love to give it 5 stars but unfortunately it gets a little bit slippery if you sweat on it and it has moved on the floor once or twice when trying to get into stretches.I still love it, use it almost daily and I live with its flaws. Because of vanity mostly.It’s not a bad mat but I wish it wouldn’t get slippery when wet. Thickness is good, it’s a tiny tiny bit to short for me 190cm and 90 kg. But the length is not s problem.

欲しかったマットですとにかく柄がイイGaiam3本目ですが、グリップ、クッション性、共に満足です表面の質感が私は好きです５ｍｍの厚さなのに軽いので持ち運びに便利ただサイズがもう少し長いと嬉しいですあと値段がもう少しお手頃なら他のプリントも楽しめます海外からの発送でしたが問題なく届きました
