Acceptable yoga mat for big-size people.
Excellent yoga mat for big-size people. I use it for doing my back exercises. You have enough space for moving a little bit around. Comfortable for the knees and easy to store.

I am VERY happy I found this product. I like the feeling, size and color. I can roll easily without worrying about breaking it. I feel comfortable putting my face down as it doesn’t have any odd smell. I found it perfect for my daily exercise, and it certainly is worth for the price.

Comfortable on a wood floor
Most of the other pads are a bit too thin for me. This pad works great, much more comfortable on wood floor now. Itâs also wide enough too.

Disappointed (odor, no carry strap, residue)
UPDATE: I found the little strap – it did come with one. Also, the seller reached out to offer a full refund. I will not follow through with that, but I’m revising my review from 2 to 4 stars because I appreciate the consideration and customer service.I am disappointed with this mat. It has an unpleasant rubbery odor that will not go away even though I’ve aired it for over a week and carefully wiped it down per the cleaning instructions. Mine also did not come with any kind of carry strap, so I don’t even have a way to tie it closed for storage. Also, there is a bit of residue on the surface – little black flecks come off the mat during use.I’ve given two stars because I appreciate the size and thickness of the mat. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this item.

Wide, thick, and soft
Super comfy and wide enough to support me. The included string to carry it honestly sucks, but I don’t really take it anywhere. (Just get a yoga mat bag.) The mat itself is really nice. Just as the others mentioned, it smelled like the factory, so I let it air out in the sun and now it’s fine. It also can be punctured by dog nails. My dog left some divots behind for me to remember him. I think they give it character, for every scar tells a story. I love mine for it’s thickness and large size, but if you’re reading this, the main problems are: it’s hard to travel with, must be broken in, and can tear.

Best workout mat on Amazon
This is quite possibly the best yoga/workout mat on Amazon. I tried and returned 4 other mats before getting to this one. I LOVE this mat. I do HIIT-style workouts at home and I needed a mat that was thick enough to cushion my feet/knees/wrists and did not slip on my hard tile floor. This mat finally did all of those things. Itâs thick enough that my wrists and knees do not hurt during floor exercises. It does NOT slip on the tile floor even during fast lateral moves. And I do not slip on it even when Iâm sweaty. And to top it all off, it comes in a pretty color. I could not be happier. Itâs also a nice size. Iâm 5â10â and I wish it was a little longer, but itâs not the end of the world. However, if they ever made this exact mat in a longer version, I would buy it. It is bigger than most ânormalâ yoga mats Iâve bought, so please donât let my comment on size discourage you from this product. All Iâm saying is that if a longer one ever existed, I would get it. Haha. Another couple pluses that I just thought of: itâs easy to wipe down and clean and it unrolls nicely and becomes flat pretty quickly. I tried a couple other thick mats and the end never fully unfurled. I donât roll this up super tight, so that probably helps. Also, it seems like it has a sturdy surface that wonât flake or crack. One of the other mats had splits in the surface of it after only one use. Iâve used this one a couple times now with shoes on and the surface is still intact. This one MIGHT even resist dog nails, but I love this mat so much that I am NOT letting my baby on it (no matter how hard he tries)! Wow, I just talked so long about a yoga mat⦠now yâall know how amazing it is. Donât try to get the $30 ones if you want a thick mat that wonât slip on hard floors. Iâve tried almost all of them. Just get this one!Update: Only downside of this mat is the horribly useless strap that comes with it. I just re-bought this mat about a year after buying my first one and, despite all the negative comments about the strap, this company is still using the same one. Such a shame. Itâs way too small, so itâs hard to get over the mat, and then youâre left with just a teeny length in the middle with which to carry it. I still love the mat though and Iâm only buying it again to have one for my mom when she comes to visit.

This yoga mat is excellent, and I’m very satisfied with it. First of all, its thickness is just right, it looks durable, and there’s no odor at all. The packaging is neat and elegant. It also comes with a carrying strap. Now my child can practice safely and comfortably.
