CLA is one of those supplements that can fly under one’s RADAR. It WILL help you lose fat if you take the right amount all at once and you do it consistently. And yes, you gotta get off your duff and burn off the fat you don’t want (~3500 calories per pound of fat!). The peeps at Horbaach know how much CLA you should be taking at a time and they have tailored their 300-pill-bottle to do just that. This bottle lasts about two months. They have a great product and it works…if you work with it! GOOD LUCK!!
