It’s a nice workout board with many options for a full body workout.only downfall is trying to find other bands that will fit with this board.

I will enjoy using this product.
I put everything together right when I got it, and gave it a little test run. I like it! The workout instructions are nice, but it doesnât show how to attach everything. Honestly though, for me personally it was pretty self-explanatory. I like the bag for storage, and transportation. I think for everything it targets the price point is good. The pads are comfortable, and since my workouts are fairly intermediate this is perfect for my fitness level to sculpt a bit more, and maintain. Seems like it will be overall effective.

Questionable choices, but it was cheap.
Itâs fine, and it does what I expected it to do, but Iâm baffled at the fact that they included little rubber feet that go into holes on the underside that are neither permanently glued in nor tight enough of a fit to stay in through multiple openings and closings of the board. Itâs kind of cheesy that I had to go out and buy superglue to glue the things in because there is no design reason for those things to not be permanent.

Aunque obviamente no pueda reemplazar a un gimnasio (ni creo que pretenda hacerlo) trae las suficientes herramientas para mÃnimo mantenerte en buena forma.La tabla se siente muy resistente y ofrece variedad de usos en lo que a lagartijas se refiere, asi como su uso práctico con la barra y las poleas. Lo recomendarÃa a cualquiera que no quiera (o pueda) inscribirse a un gym.
