More challenging than expected.
This pushup board was more challenging than I expected. I was doing 100 pushups prior to the board, but the board, with the different hand positions, provided a challenge to my muscles. (A good challenge.) I have been using it for several weeks and love using it. I have used the carrying bag for trips and the handrails store nicely inside the folded unit for protection on the trips.As I approach 60 years, I do more body weight exercises. This is a great device, easy to use, that enables the body to get the targeted benefits desired.

Best purchase ever
Look, resistance training is cool and itâs what Iâve been doing for a while, but this is ALL you need to get your upper body right. I bought strong resistance bands for arm curls and squats, but doing push-ups will get you the chest you want and you can feel the burn on different areas when you place the pegs in different spots. Sorry, I know I sound like a novice, because I am. But Iâm doing some things with this. Good luck to you and do it in moderation. Results are coming!

This board is longer and wider than most boards which is nice. Good construction. The handles fit nicely with not trouble to change the position. I am using this as PT for my rotator cuff injury. Very happy with the product & the seller.

Everything you need for a good workout
Came exactly like it was suppose to. So many different excersices you can do that actually feel effective. Everything is easy to set up. The different hand positions for push ups created different difficulty. The quality seems good, i dont feel like anything is going to break when i use it.Everything came in a pretty small box considering how much you get.

Great investment!
I work nights and not able to make it to the gym some days. If your short on time and space, this mobile band gym set is a great option. Some of my coworkers have been working out with me during down time. My son ( who doesn’t really work out) has even started to use it and seems to like it as well. I might have to buy a second set (home and work).

UPDATE to rating: I still stand by what I said about the actual product, but the company did contact me and issued a full refund. Excellent customer service. Seller is fantastic.Where do I start? This thing is flimsy as all get out. The idea is there, but that’s about it. And the clips on here are SHARP. I literally cut myself clipping in a band. Not a fan, I ended up throwing it away as I was outside the time frame. Such a waste of money. You’re better off buying standard bands from a better company and two smaller dumbells.

Good tool for exercise
With the different options available you can really work several different muscle groups. The product is well made, sturdy, with good contrast on the board for exercise settings. Handles are comfortable. Easy to use. Does not take space, can be stored under most furniture.

as advertised, but would be nice to have more instructions. There is a danger of the rubber bands breaking and zapping back at you; had that happen on another product that uses the tubing – very painful so be careful..

I wanted a push-up board, and chose this one as it had what I wanted with BONUS bands, handles and straps. It arrived earlier than expected. Unfortunately the strap for bands broke on first use and tainted the overall satisfaction of the product. I’ll be returning this one and going for a more basic lower priced one.
