A workout must-have
My wife, daughters, and I all use these little workout journals to record our workouts daily. They are formatted very nicely. You can record your set/rep counts, weights used, exercise performed, time you begin and end workout, bodyweight, bodyfat %, intensity, supplements taken, macros, cardio details, and much more. I was using a regular notebook for years but wanted something more structured. This notebook is perfect for my needs. It is small enough to fit in your backpack or gym bag but still large enough to write normally. If you want to track your fitness journeyâ¦this is it.

It’s a medium sized journal, it’s hard cover and doesn’t bend easily.The journal is a built like a hardcover spiral notebook.It’s so easy to track inside the book.As someone whose had issues tracking for YEARS, this has helped so much!It starts out by making you track your measurements, personal goals, and then you move on to your exercise tracking for the next 6 months.The tracking of your personal goals in the beginning for the next 6 months and then make you track your fitness for the next 6 months really gets you to think about what you’re doing and why; It makes you be intentional every step of the way. I think that’s genius.This is worth your money.
