It only was 23-25 serving
I purchased this around January 26 and it arrived February 21 just recently used it since it took them awhile to ship it. I found 2 scoops on it which I found odd. So I tried keeping track on how many scoops it really can give. It claims to be 30 serving sizes and I am at day 22 and it is almost empty. The product taste good. I don’t know if it works. But I am disappointed on the actual number of serving. So for now I’ll have this at 2 stars. I rarely review something. So until this gets resolved hopefully, cause it ain’t cheap. Specially if I had to buy at least 4-6 of this to see results.

updated : I think it isnât enough to see results. Having to take 4 capsules a day is excessive, donât think Iâll buy again, too expensive, not effective, too much vitamin to take at once.

Overall, seeing great results in just 2 weeks!
This was my first time buying this product. Because of my Pcos, me periods have been irregular and when they do come they are VERY light and almost non existent. The week I started taking the product my period came on strong. For the first time since I feel like I started my period I had an actual period that lasted for 8 days opposed to my normal 2. Not I did have cramps but I feel like it was what my body was supposed to be doing.I did try breaking the capsule apart and putting it in a smoothie because I have a hard time taking pills but it smelled awful ( like fish). So if you have a hard time taking pills I would recommend the powered water flavoring.Over all I am enjoying the results I am seeing from this product and I will continue to take it!

Horrible taste, iffy results
I did a lot of browsing and comparing between products to find a 40:1 Myo-Inositol & D-Chiro supplement with decent reviews and the best value for my dollar – this was NOT the product for me.My first mistake was not reading through the reviews of this product carefully enough. A good chunk of these reviews are for this supplement’s powdered version rather than the capsules. Apparently, the powder tastes awesome, but these capsules have a horrible chemical and fish smell, worse than fish oil capsules I’ve taken in the past. I’ve been taking this in the morning with my breakfast and experiencing those horrible fishy burps for an hour after eating.Unfortunately, I can’t speak to the effectiveness of this supplement because I won’t be reordering after I finish this container (and the company recommends consistent use for two months to notice effects) – the smell and aftertaste are that big of a deterrent for me.
