Skeptical… BUT IT WORKS!
I’m on my first week of taking these and I’ve noticed a HUGE difference! My food noise is over 50% gone and it’s allowed me to start improving my diet since my cravings aren’t so strong! I highly highly recommend these!

See ship date . This shipper twice at least takes longer thn others I’ve tried.
This is a supplement of the type that is difficult if not impossible to tell its efficacy/ potency/ effectiveness… I take it mostly on faith. Tht said , it ‘ is the case ‘ twice now at least that it takes significantly longer for this shipper to ship than other berberine suppliers . It’s definitely annoying but seems otherwise to be a decent product for the price.

This product is incredibly dangerous. DO NOT BUY IT. Don’t make the same mistake that I did. Ultimately, I made the mistake of buying this product primarily based on reviews, so I take responsibility there, but I genuinely don’t want anyone to go through what I did. Here’s the scoop:I started feeling pretty good actually until day three. Approximately two hours after taking the recommended dose on day three, I experienced vertigo, sweats, severe shaking, and anxiety attacks for 7 hours. The stomach pain wasn’t anything I ever experienced before. Imagine someone breaking through your stomach solely with their fists, pulling apart your skin and organs with no pain medicine with no pain medicine and you are almost blackout drunk, wanting to hug the toilet because you need to vomit because it hurts to stand up straight to walk to the toilet. It wasn’t until the 8th hour that I started feeling more like myself again, but my stomach was still in brutal pain. It wasn’t until hour 5 that I could even start eating food again and all I could handle were a few bland crackers and sips of Ensure and water (consumed very slowly by the way, but were huge lifesavers). I would’ve gone to the hospital if it weren’t for the cost of insurance. I am well-versed in supplements (no, I’m not an influencer or RFK Jr. fanatic; just someone who’s mindful of their health with no ill intentions). I also have a relatively healthy lifestyle (exercise 3-4 days a week, eat a balanced diet a majority of the time but hey we all deserve a slice of cake or two every now and then) and am in my 30’s. I get quality sleep, have a glass or two of wine once a month if that, etc.I admit that I am trying to lose 20 pounds to get to my goal weight, so I’m not the right candidate for this, but I keep hearing the amazing results people are having and wanted to give it a try. It was NOT worth it in the slightest.Also, take a look at the reviews. Reading them, you’ll notice a lot of them are very similar. Bots much, anyone?I was incredibly depressed all day after this experience and just hope I didn’t damage my body long-term. I know the old fashioned method of weight loss isn’t easy and not always effective, but please talk to your Doctor for support. I promise you, this was not worth it in the slightest. I am much more grateful for my body after this experience. I thought I was going to die.
