Effective product
Definitely works, but use with caution and be careful not to get too dependent on it. I took it in the mornings, and it was like having a cup of coffee. My energy was high, I felt that mental clarity like after being caffeinated, and didn’t feel as hungry throughout the day. I felt like my performance overall was higher at work and the gym. No crash or anything, but once I started trying to get pregnant I stopped it. Honestly, I’d recommend just sticking with a morning coffee or green tea, it almost works too well and isn’t great for long term goals. Certainly effective, though.

taste/smell awful, but work!
Very large, hard to swallow. I usually can manage large vitamins/pills but what makes these hard to swallow is the TASTE. As soon as the capsules hit your tongue, they dissolve and taste like -what I can best describe as- stale urine. The smell is overwhelming as well.However, I keep forcing myself to take these because I have noticed a drastic change in my appetite. Usually I eat several and many unhealthy meals and snacks per day. I’ve only been taking it a week and I’m pretty much down to eating only when I actually feel hunger. Which is perfect! That was my goal. Maybe I’m extra sensitive to the taste/smell I’m not sure. I also use other products from the same brand and none of the other have that awful stale hot urine taste/smell, just the metabolove

No impact
I used these for a month and they had no impact on my metabolism or mood. The first week I felt a placebo effect; however I realized this was the week during the month I am usually on target. Iâm not going to pay for another bottle because it says it may take 6-8 weeks when I saw no impact at all.

Take it with breakfast
When you take this, make sure you eat breakfast. I tried taking it without eating and it made me nauseated. Also, stick close to a bathroom. It made me have to number 2 not long after eating. It might react differently with everyone, but that’s my experience with it. On the bright side, I have lost a few pounds and it’s only been a week. Just make sure you pair this with a healthy diet.

Does have a taste to it but if you drink it quickly or with a morning shake you can get it down. Product works by curbing appetite. Have been using for a month and have a subscription.

I’m seeing a lot of reviews about the cancer warning. After a quick Google search and I am personally not concerned. So take that how you will or do some more research on the ingredient found in these pills. As for me, they are working! I’ve lost 5lbs in the last 2 weeks. I use these pills to help that process. I don’t take them everyday as suggested instead I do 2 days on and 1 day off. It has helped me curb my appetite and I feel a lot better not binging like I used to. These aren’t miracle weightloss pills but they give you that push you might need. As far as taste it’s like any other “vitamin/mineral” taste. Not a big deal for me!

AMAZING
Iâve only been on these for almost a week and I can already tell a different in my appetite from day 1. It does have a weird smell like all the other comments mention, but nothing you canât get over. Will definitely be rebuying!
