I haven’t noticed a bit of difference.
I know that there is no real evidence that CLA actually helps humans to burn fat (works great in mice!), but I thought I would try it due to the great ratings. I also know that you need to give CLA a couple of months to notice results.Unfortunately, I have bought 3 bottles and have noticed no changes in the amount of fat on my body. My energy and appetite are about the same as well. I do limit my calories and get regular exercise. I will finish this bottle (taking max dose 3 times a day), and most likely give up on it. I’ve spent $60 on this experiment, so that will finish it for me.
