MuscleTech 100% Glutamine supplies 5g of L-glutamine per serving, which works to rapidly replenish the L-glutamine used during training. Glutamine is the most abundant non-essential free amino acid in your body and your muscles are especially high in glutamine, making it extremely important for muscle metabolism. When you’re training hard, your muscles can lose up to 50% of their glutamine stores, so you need to replace them – fast! This flavorless and odorless formula stacks and mixes easily with creatine, BCAAs, pre workout powders, and protein powders like whey protein and whey protein isolate!

Clean, Effective, and Easy to Mix â Great for Recovery!
I’ve been using MuscleTech’s 100% Pure L-Glutamine Powder for about 2 weeks, and the results are solid. I take it post-workout with water or a protein shake, and Iâve noticed faster recovery and less soreness after heavy lifting days. The powder mixes easily, even though itâs unflavoredâwhich I prefer since it doesnât mess with the taste of other supplements. Itâs also gentle on the stomach, which is a big plus for me.No fancy flavors or gimmicks hereâjust pure glutamine, and thatâs exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommended if you’re serious about recovery and want a clean product to support muscle repair.

i see no issues with this product
great price and quantity. i mix it in room temp water and chug it. its quite flavorless but does have just a twinge of something there. just basic, pure glutamine powder. i havenât been using it long enough to notice any side effects. i havenât seen issues with settling but i do drink it quick. i use a frother mixer to mix it in. the texture is very interesting and hard to explain but you can kind of see it in the photo i took, where itâs clinging the the side of the scoop. kind of like a fake snow texture.

Short scoop
Scoop is too short/container too long. Hard to scoop powder. No comments on the effectiveness.

Lockdown purchase. Received the package in sealed pack with sticker on lid mentioning the import details, manufactured date and expiry date at the bottom of the jar (look at the pics attached). The seal upon unscrewing the top lid was perfectly in place. The product supplied is genuine article. As for Muscletech glutamine itself the product is it offers good results in terms of recovery of muscle post workout as that is when I use it and offers good value for money. Go for it.
