What’s Better
It’s positive effects are shared with Taurine which is its transporter, but Taurine has important efects beyond Carnitine, so I’ll stick with using Taurine instead.

I take L Carnitine as part of a weight loss stack, along with diet and exercise of course. I’m down 7lbs in a little over a month. L Carnitine isn’t a magic pill but it does help your body burn a little more calories during exercise and every bit helps! I suggest you Google it’s effects and proper dosing (I take 1 pill in the morning, another pill before cardio). It’s a natural food supplement, so it’s pretty safe and has no stimulant effects which is a major plus for me. This particular brand is easy to swallow and seems to dissolve quickly. Great price!
