Super convenient form of l theanine!
Easy to use. Good value and dissolves really quickly into liquid! Even faster if itâs warm liquid. No taste or texture at all. I add one small scoop to my mocktails or evening tea to promote relaxation. Seems to work, gentle and gradual, without the side effects of alcohol.

This is a daily essential item for me now. I absolutely love the results. I feel the results within a few minutes of taking it in the morning. It does a great job relaxing my nerves and keeping my focus and energy leveled. A little goes a long way so itâs great for the value. I’ve read a few reviews on its not being easy to mix. I typically mix it with sparking water and it works well and it’s tasteless. Iâve even purchased it for my mom and sister. For the first few months, I used it only in the morning. For the past week, Iâve been using it before bed. I find it helpful since Iâm typically someone who canât sleep at night. Iâm usually up until the next morning but Iâve been sleeping pretty good every night. I take it in combination with chamomile. I sleep like a baby.

I always add L-Theanine to my morning caffeine to help take the edge off the jitters, and this is the best value Iâve found. Mixes into liquids well, albeit with a bit of effort to break up any small clumps.

Ya habÃa consumido lÃquida y siento que está en polvo me gustó más porque rinde muchÃsimo y está a buen precio. HabÃa leÃdo comentarios que huele a pescado o algo asÃ, pero yo al prepararla le siento como un sabor cÃtrico, y es fácil de tomar. Yo la preparo con agua y me gusta. Trae su cucharita para preparar la porción. Solo no le saquen la bolsita que sirve para que no guarde humedad y en mi caso cada cierto tiempo como que el polvo se compacta en ciertas partes y lo único que hago es cerrar bien el frasco y agitar para que se despegue bien el polvo y vuelve a quedar bien. Con respecto a su función todavÃa no podrÃa opinar porque llevo apenas unas semanas probandola, pero yo la compré más como antioxidante pero estoy empezando a hacer ejercicio también.
