Amazing product
Weâre to begin with this product. One Sol Burn supplements are amazing. I purchased them because I am currently on my weight loss journey. And, ladies let me tell you this product does work. I was looking for supplements to help to not only lose weight and decrease cravings but it also boost mood and energy. Everything that is mention on the label is TRUE, and I have experienced it. I donât like sharing my weight but for this purpose I will, I was at my heaviest 280 lbs and now I am at 256 lbs. I been going to the gym 4 times a week 1 hour a day, eating healthier and taking my supplements. But let me tell you, these supplements are the best addition to my routine. So if you ladies are looking to decrease cravings, boost your mood and energy and the best part to lose weight donât hesitate to purchase them. I also take my supplements as it states in the bottle, two capsules when I wake up and additional two capsules six hours apart from the first dosage. I set an alarm to remind me. I just purchased my second bottle. Remember ladies if I can, that I am a widow and a mom of twin boys and work full time, so can you guys. I started taking a couple days after I got them and I’ve been taking them for 5-6 days. Wow. I take i’m at three a m before I go to the gym. I also take a pump but I will be taking creatine soon instead of pump. I also have taking without those things. And I just feel so much better. I’m so impressed with this product. Because, you know, fat burner it just. It’s on settling especially through history with fat burning pills can be. But this is nutrition, so you’re full. You have a lot of energy, you’re uplifted and that’s what nutrition does for you. I’ve been in the health industry for a very long time. I’ve just been so impressed and i’ve never taken a fat burning pill before. Just so impressed.

Maybe it works for a bit then stops
The first two weeks I noticed a difference in how I felt and I did lose 7 lbs. I have a very active lifestyle and eat well. Wanted to try these to see if they would help burn off the stubborn fat around the body, Iâm in my early 40âs and things love to hang out longer lol than in the 20âs era .I noticed I had more bowel movements, nothing like I needed a toilet right away, just more frequent.I took just 2 a day in the morning like it says and went on with my day, 3 weeks in I started noticing I was really hungry more frequently, which isnât normal for me. So I donât think they control the a craving for more food, the first 2weeks I didnât notice a change .3 week I noticed I gained back what I lost and again didnât change anything in my daily lifestyle or diet.Week 4 started taking 4 a day as it says you can and I noticed an increase in going pee a lot! Which with my job access to a toilet is limited , so I had to cut back down to just 2a day. Again no weight change in the 4th week.So Iâm not 100%sure these are that great.I did love that they didnât cause jitters, Iâm a sensitive one to jitters.No other symptoms or improvements to anything else as advertised .

Wrong colored capsules ?!!
Iâve been receiving this fat burner for a long time now on auto ship and the capsules have ALWAYS been pink. Upon filling my weekly day and night pill container I noticed the usual pills that Iâve been taking are pink and in this new bottle the capsules are this grey/ dark grey color. After opening this new bottle and seeing the capsule color I had opened another bottle that I hadnât opened yet from the previous shipment to see if they were pink but unfortunately both of these recent bottles have these grey capsules. This is unfortunate because I enjoyed taking these pills but now I canât trust them so Iâll have to un subscribe and most likely go through one sols website from now on.

It works!
I’ve been trying to lose about 20-25lbs for a few months now. The scale just goes back and forth between the same 3lbs. I kid you not. One week I’m 188, the next I’m 187. Then I’m 189. Then back to 188. MONTHS this has been going on! I’ve changed up my diet, exercise, introduced weights, upped my water, upped my proten, etc. Calorie deficit is set for 750 and I eat roughly 1700-1800/day. Why does it have to be so hard after 40! lolI needed a little boost and came across these. Today is my 5th day taking these and so far, so good. They definately help suppress appetite and control my sweet tooth! I don’t get the 3pm or 10pm hunger pain like I used to. I’m able to practice better portion control and be SATISFIED with the portion. I don’t feel fatigued at the end of the day. And the results were immediate. Like the very first day I took them, I wasn’t hungry. I ate when I needed to and not when I didn’t! I was nervous beacuse I didn’t want it to supress appetite so much that I don’t eat at all. I know you have to eat to lose weight. Since today is only day 5, there hasn’t been any weight loss as of yet. I’ve actually been the same weight (187.6-187.4) every morning, but hoping there’s a drop soon, or at least loosening of my jeans. I will update this review after a few weeks.

These are Amazing!
1st time trying this brand, after following for a while. I took 2 capsules in the morning as it states. I felt Amazing! As a mom of 3 boys and us always on the move with their sports, I had alot of energy today. I didn’t even have my coffee that I normally rely on. I did not feel shakey or none of that. I did’t crave junk food as I usually do. As far as my mood, I felt really good all day. I will definitely continue this product, and look forward to trying their other products in the future.
