I bought this because it’s backed by science and I was looking into building muscle mass. Now I don’t take this everyday religiously but I try to stick to it every other day with my food or before a workout and so far I feel like I’m getting the nutrients I need out of this product

product is good quality; however, shipping was not so. Contents in the mail bag was punctured, and unnecessary waste occurred. I will work through what’s left of the product and but believe this to be a solid product. It is as depicted!! Will but again!

Disgusting taste, doesn’t dissolve easily
The product description says this is tasteless as creatine is supposed to be. It actual has a strong artificial sweetener taste with an aftertaste of vanilla. Yuck. Look at the ingredients, I had to look up the “M”- “M” typically refers to Reb M, a high-potency sweetener extracted from stevia and produced by fermenting sugarcane. Also the product does not dissolve easily and has to be repeatedly stirred. I’d recommend avoiding this brand of creatine.

No bad taste
I have mixed product with water daily, no taste at all. I use a tiny frothier to mix it, just because I have one. Since I have not taken it for 30 days I feel I canât give a report on if it has made improvements for me, but I sure donât think using it could hurt.

There is definitely a sweet taste to this powder. It also does not mix well in liquids. Only a few days so donât know how it is with energy or strength.
