Relief!
Gives an amazing, deep calf stretch. I use it every night before I get in bed to ease/prevent muscle cramps and spasms. Love it! Also love that itâs so lightweight and portable, easy to bring with you on a trip.

Stretch calves and other useful tool
Bought this after a recent medical issue that required physical therapy on my legs so that I could do the exercises at home. This has been a light weight solution that can withstand the weight of 250lb man with no indication of giving way. Made well and has become a daily tool to help get me back on my feet again.

I love this product just one addition
I love this product just one addition; Would love to see it come with the Karie strap for flying I just flew cross country which I rarely do but I flew in the bulkhead and this would have been wonderful for a foot rest which you donât get in the bulkhead seats but thereâs no way to put it carry strap on it so I couldnât use it that way but I love it at home would buy again definitely

this is a very firm roller
This Pro-Tec roller is described as high density, but it is twice as hard as the black j-fit high density foam rollers. For me, the Pro-Tec roller is too hard, I can barely stand to lie on it, and I would only give it 3 stars. But my buddy loves this and would give it 5 stars, so I averaged the rating at 4 stars. My buddy also prefers hard Swedish massages, and he likes to crack his back, which he can do with this half-round foam roller.I bought this because it was half the price of the J-fit similar sized item. But if you like J-fit, you might not like this pro-tec roller’s hardness.If you’re wondering why use a half-round instead of full-round roller, it for a PT exercise to extend the lower back. As someone described earlier, you put this under the small of the back, and you try to lie with both your butt and your shoulders flat on the floor. Then position the roller further up your back.This item also comes with a 1-page “instruction manual” that is stuck to the roller with double-sided tape. It was really hard to remove the tape so that it didn’t stick to everything.

Really helpful to stretch hamstring.
I had a total knee replacement and use this wedge at physical therapy to stretch my hamstring muscles and I had to have one for home and I will be using it several time though out the day.

Great price
Worth it. It’s a good stretch. My boyfriend keeps trying to steal it from me. I’ll most likely buy one for him. Helps relieve foot pain by giving the calves a good, deep stretching.

Good for balance
I used a similar device with my physical therapist, but it was softer than this one. This is good for stretching the ankles. I also use it as a headrest during Yoga and under the base of my back to try to ease my back pain.

Couldn’t find one same as at PT. This took 1-2 days to get used to. Provides the same stretch as in PT which is awesome. Size is perfect. Hold on to something stable as rocking can cause you to fall. This is a product that will stretch your calves as little or as much as you like. Do 2 sets of 10 everyday. Keeping it handy makes it easy. Excellent product, good price and of course, the ease of shopping at Amazon.
