??battery issues
I am a manual therapist of 30 + years and have never thought I would use an electronic massager but it isnt easy to work on oneself. Though one is limited as to where one can work with a hand held devise, when it worked it was good with plenty choice of massage head. BUT it runs out of charge well before any one area is fully worked AND when I would get it fully charged up after using so as to have available to use next time, EVEN THOUGH turned off, when I would go to use it again it would be very low in charge/ no charge at all. It was this way from the start. I used it less than 6 times total before, after setting to charge EVEN THOUGH it SHOWED that it was 100% charged, on turning on and pressing start, NOTHING happened. I tried to communicate with company who wants me to send a picture showing it is not working. I do not know how to upload that to Amazon communication page AND how does one show it “not working”? SO i cannot recommend this

Ease of use
This item is super easy to use right from the box. Simply charge it up and then turn it on. I have back problems and it is easy for me to use it myself on the upper as well as the lower back as it is not too heavy. I have really loved being able to hit all my spots that cause me issues without asking someone else to use it on me. Highly recommend it!!

Durable product
I got this for my husband. He needed something to help his sore muscles since heâs getting older. He really liked this as a Christmas present. The levels arenât super hard where they would hurt. My 6 year old daughter was able to withstand the different speed levels. Overall this was a good product and I would recommend this to anyone looking for relief from muscle tension.

I use daily.
I suffer from a lot of back issues and I use this daily on butt,hips, legs, calves, feet, traps, sholders, and it’s a great way to get some instant pain relief. keeps me home and out of my dr office at times and if this can’t help I know it’s more series than I think and should go. I have had a few of these and this gives some good functions that help you hit those problematic spots solid everything on this will see how long it lasts will update if it dies.

Excellent product built to last!
This little powerful massager is amazing. I love the multiple settings and the ability to increase intensity by spot pressuring on a sore spot.This item does not take long to charge and holds battery life for a fair amount of time, even at the highest setting.

Good but cheap
Item is good for the price. I can tell the quality isnt the best but for the price its pretty good. I only had it for a week now so lets see how it holds up/durable it is

This is the only product I have not had collected by Aramex for return. It never switched on and now I have to post it back and the postage reimbursement is capped at an amount far below what it will cost me to post back as I live outside the US. I understand if I had simply changed my mind, but I received a defective product. I should not lose money for that.

As of June 27, 2024, Iâm still using the device and wanted to share an update on charging. The gun canât be charged with a power bank (140W) or a 45W USB-C adapter; it only works with an adapter that provides 5V@2A, see video above.
