Excellent purchase- game changers
I’ve been enjoying my resistance bands and last night I got to move up to the Blue medium band for quite a few of my exercises, which was fun to celebrate. I have never used resistance bands before, but I got these and a 4 pack of the ring bands and I have been having a blast with them. Using resistance bands has been a game changer for my motivation, as I am often stopped by obstacles and need things to be super accessible while I have the energy; I have done 2 weeks of my work outs, staying on track and actually looking forward to my work outs (hallelujah!!). it’s really cool how many different ways these bands can be used- and I know that some folks tie the bands instead of buying separate ring bands, but I didn’t want to have to deal with tying and untying (an obstacle), so I opted for a separate purchase and I could not be happier using my bands. Highly recommended for those who have some trouble getting to the gym or using equipment or even being active. These bands make it fun and easy. That’s a couch potato promise.

Simplicity is Wonderful
Three resistance bands for seven bucks seemed like a deal too good to pass up. I have not even tried the medium or heavy ones yet, and I have gotten my moneyâs worth by using only the yellow one for the last few weeks. It provides a range of resistance in an immediately intuitive fashion, and I am confident that the same will be true of the others. I do still use free weights, but there are certain moves and angles that good quality resistance bands are perfect for. Start with these sturdy beauties a see if you do not agree.

Good value but:Thin, stretchy, not the correct tension and resistance on the light band
Good value, very thin the light one is see through and doesn’t feel like it has the tension and resistance required. Very stretchy, Had to go all the way up in strength. Will upgrade my quality later.
