I’m a beginner with tension bands, but this seems like a great set. Good variety of thicknesses, seems like good material, and the accessories are useful. Get it when its under 25.

My old thin-ribbon and tubular resistance bands both snapped, so I was looking for something more heavy-duty to replace them. This set is a great value, and the bands appear to be well made. Still, at the back of my mind I’m wondering when the lighter ones will snap back into my face, but so far, so good.My only gripe is the shape of the lightest two bands, which is a bit squarish with sharp edges. They slightly bite into my hands, making them more likely to slip than the thin ribbon and tubular types. But the set comes with handles if that becomes an issue. It really doesn’t bother me enough to rate the product below 5 stars. The heavier bands are so stiff that I don’t ever foresee having the strength to use those things. We’re talking serious resistance.The door anchor is terrific, and the handles and carabiners are well-made. Glad I went with these. 5 stars.

Great quality bands. Level up my workout space
I hung the band up on the door with the door strap that was included. I hung the rest up on my storage rack. These enable me to hit my arms, legs and back! I use them in warm ups and also as part of my exercise routine!Not all equipment needs to be expensive to be worthwhile!Great addition. Great product. Love the variation in how many bands came with this set as well.

Good product if consistent in exercise routines and store away from hot and cold temperatures
Each resistant belt is helpful with or without accessories. The key to successful use is to take your time on each strength, expect improvement but not miracles.
